Explosion at railway track near Kotri




BLAST AT RAILWAY TRACK

 On Friday 10, 2011 low intensity explosions caused havoc across Sindh, damaged railway tracks and suspended services for hours. Large area demolished in the result of blast. It was a suicide attempt by an anonymous person who blew himself confirmed by the witness.15 killed and 25 found injured at the situation. Injured were taken immediately to the civil hospital of kotri near the spot. Police and rescue teams reached the spot and cordoned off the area within two hours. The bomb disposal squad that reached the site right after the crime scene has confirmed that 500 grams of explosive material were used in the blast. Police reportedly found a leaflet from a nationalist organization near the crime scene. Railway traffic however was back on track by noon following the explosions. Affected Will be provided financial Aid by government.
