EXHIBITION AT JUW

Students take keen interest at stalls during an exhibition arranged by Visual Studies Department Jinnah Women University held in Karachi on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. An exhibition was organized at the Jinnah University for Women at its campus here on Tuesday. A number of stalls were set up on the occasion to depict the art work done by the students of arts department. Colorful paintings, kolaj works, hand made wool work and lamps were presented in the most creative way and history of ancient art work were also highlighted. The hand made pot painting was very much appreciated by the audience and all the things at exhibitions were available at the most minimum price, on this very occasion education minister, pir mazhar-ul-haq also visited the event and did the inauguration of the event himself and appreciated the handwork of all the students and suggested to continue such work in future too. Vice-Chancellor of the JUW, Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmed Hashmi, and senior faculty members also visited the exhibition and appreciated the efforts of the students
